pQCee raises $3.9M seed to move post-quantum cryptography into enterprise procurement

Singapore-based quantum-safe cybersecurity startup pQCee has closed a US$3.9 million seed round co-led by government-backed deep-tech investor SGInnovate and Lotus One Investment, with participation from In Group Holdings, Wavemaker Partners, SUTD Ventures Holdings and Apsara Investments. It is pQCee's second raise, and the company frames the capital as fuel for shifting post-quantum cryptography (PQC) out of academic theory and into practical enterprise and government procurement — so-called crypto-agility deployment. The round was reported independently by The Quantum Insider and Quantum Computing Report.
